Behind the WordsWordCove, LLC takes your brilliant ideas and makes them shine. We specialize in executive ghost writing, blogging, and editing for CEOs and business owners in a wide range of B2B, consumer, and professional service industries. What does that mean? We help attorneys, physicians, consultants, startup entrepreneurs, and other thought leaders get the attention they deserve. We love smart businesses. In fact: the smarter, the better.
LuAnn Glowacz serves as WordCove, LLC’s principal. She’s best known for helping entrepreneurs and business leaders sound as smart as they are. She’s an Austin, Texas, executive ghostwriter and editor who spent her early professional years as a PR executive at agencies and in non-profit, technology, and healthcare sectors. She’s been featured in Mashable’s “The Future of Public Relations and Social Media,” was named one of “100 PR People Worth Following on Twitter” by Conversation Agent, served as a SXSW Interactive panelist debating epic social flubs, helped Cook Children’s Medical Center and Austin’s KVUE-TV collaborate in filming a child’s bone marrow transplant, served as the communications manager for the Lone Star Emmy Award-winning community event surrounding Stephen Mills’ ballet Light / The Holocaust & Humanity Project, and brought the value of legacy planning to the readers of Money Magazine and The New York Times.
These days, LuAnn prefers writing and editing in her slippers over speeding to early morning TV interviews. With WordCove, she’s ghostwritten thousands of blog posts, reports, case studies, op-eds, and contributed articles–managing a great team of fellow writers when needed–for some of the top business owners in Austin, San Antonio, and throughout the country. She ghostwrote Cut Your Tax in 2010 (New Year Publishing), is a contributing author of Lost Lessons From Life on the Farm by Gregory Bloom, served as developmental editor for IGNITE: Setting Your Organization’s Culture on Fire with Innovation by Randal C. Moss and David J. Neff, and compiled and edited one of Austin’s top-selling lifestyle coffee table books, Weird Homes: The People and Places That Keep Austin Strangely Wonderful.
Over the years, LuAnn has served as a guest speaker and panelist for several organizations and events including SXSW Interactive, BlogathonATX, Austin Content Marketing Tweetup, GetSmart, IABC Brazos Valley, Social Media Breakfast, Texas State University’s PRSSA and Mass Communications Week, and #FreeCon, and has been a guest speaker/lecturer at Concordia University and St. Edward’s University.
LuAnn is a two-term VP on Women Communicators of Austin’s Board of Directors and helps host WCA’s Careers Over Coffee monthly meetup.
